Please be respectful, kind, sober and healthy for your appointments. I adhere to the highest professional standards in all aspects of my work. I am committed to providing top-notch services to my valued customers.

Cancellations

*My fees are listed within the appointment booking details, and are due at the time of each session. That fee will be due in the event you cancel your appointment on less than 24 hours notice.

****I, Katie Moran & The Getaway LLC reserve the right to terminate any session at any time for any reason at my discretion without warning or explanation. Reasons may include but are not limited to suspicion of malicious intent, sexual harassment, and any dangerous conduct... intentional or not.

General Policies

All Services , Classes , Courses and Workshops are non-refundable.

Intake forms will be completed prior to the first therapeutic appointment.

Full disclosure of medical conditions are required to receive therapeutic bodywork.

Written consent from your Doctor is required if you are currently under a specified treatment plan, ongoing procedure, or wish to receive post operative care.

Prenatal massages are provided to expectant mothers after they are out of the first trimester. Massage within the first trimester is contra-indicated.

Re-schedule ASAP

**Please reschedule your appointment ASAP if you of someone in your household is currently experiencing suspected COVID, or flu-like symptoms... or if you have poison ivy, staph or other active infection.

***Please do NOT show up with an active skin infection, or any other medical condition that contraindicates safe massage. The service will be terminated at therapists discretion with the recommendation of a doctors care. A written doctors note will be required for your following visit to ensure the condition has been treated to completion, and that you have been cleared to receive massage therapy.

General Policies

Drugs and Alcohol are strictly prohibited. Anyone under the influence will be denied services that day, and charged 100% of the booked service cost.

Children may not tag along to your appointments. This is your time to let go!

Cell phones must be silenced during sessions. If you need to make a call while in treatment, I will step aside to give you that space. Additional time can not be added on to make this accommodation.

I will not share your information with anyone. All treatments and discussions are confidential.

Massage therapy clients will be professionally draped in sessions. Allow your anxiety to dissolve as I will respect your modesty and dignity.
